The Process

Questionnaire
Submit a completed questionnaire for your desired service.

Interview
Once your questionnaire is received, our Executive Director will schedule an interview with you and your child to gain a more in-depth understanding of your needs and what we can provide.

Insurance Verification
We will check eligibility of benefits and determine whether a prior authorization for services is required

Assessment
Depending on service, we will then schedule with you to complete an assessment.

Submission & Approval
Once the assessment is submitted to your insurance company, we will wait for verification of medical necessity. Once approved, we will schedule sessions.

THE POWER OF PLAY !
Our 4500 square foot facility is a fun, clean, safe environment in which we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other therapies.
In addition, our 10,000 sq ft outdoor playscape offers a multitude of play and learning opportunities, including a mud kitchen, bounce house, climbing equipment, water activities, and more.
